Shaheem Williams is an Assistant County Attorney in the Law Department’s Administrative group, where he works closely with the Finance Department. His practice includes drafting advisory opinions, reviewing contracts, representing county agencies in personnel appeal hearings, and defending the County in federal and state court litigation.
Mr. Williams graduated cum laude from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where he served as Editor of the John Marshall Law Journal and Chair of the John Marshall Moot Court Board. Prior to law school, he earned his B.A. in Mathematics from Kean University in Union, New Jersey and later taught high school Mathematics. He is admitted to practice law in all federal, state, and appellate courts of Georgia.
