Lorraine Cochran-Johnson, CEO
Lorraine Cochran-Johnson made history on June 18, 2024 when she received a majority vote in 174 out of 191 voting precincts. She garnered 60% of the vote in a runoff election and 320,572 votes in the General Election, becoming the first Black woman elected CEO in DeKalb County, Georgia.
