The Treasury Division is responsible for managing and monitoring cash, bank relationships, debt, investments and the purchasing card. Its mission is to be a steward of the county’s cash with three overriding principles:

  • maximize the safety of the funds.
  • manage and monitor liquidity.
  • achieve the highest possible yields, within the framework of the agreed upon risk parameters.
