The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) is an entitlement program administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development that provides annual grants on a formula basis, to entitled cities and counties to develop viable urban communities. DeKalb County has qualified to receive CDBG funds which are being used to provide decent housing and a suitable living environment and to expand economic opportunities, principally for low-and moderate-income persons. | |
