	HOMELESSNESS IN DEKALB COUNTY A Homelessness Continuum of Care is defined as a local collaboration of government, nonprofit, business and community stakeholders, organized to plan for and deliver housing and services that meet the specific needs of people who are homeless and at-risk of homelessness as they move toward stable housing and self-sufficiency.

(404-687-3500) Financial Assistance, including security deposits, utility deposits, and rent to assist individuals and households in moving to housing. Prevention services to prevent evictions and provide arrearage payments for rent and utilities. Permanent supportive housing for chronically homeless individuals with disabilities.
