DeKalb County Warming Centers to Open on 
Sunday, January 11- Monday, January 12

DECATUR, Ga. – Due to forecasted freezing temperatures and hazardous wind chills, DeKalb County will activate warming centers beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, January 11, through Monday, January 12 2026:

•    Exchange Park Intergenerational Center, 2771 Columbia Dr., Decatur
•    Frontline Response International, 2585 Gresham Rd SE, Atlanta
•    St. Vincent de Paul, 2050-C Chamblee Tucker Rd, Chamblee
•    Mason Mill Recreation Center, 1340 McConnell Dr, Decatur

All transportation routes originate from Frontline Response Headquarters (2585 Gresham Rd SE, Atlanta) and are scheduled for initial pickups to be completed by 7:30 p.m. Following the initial routes, final sweeps will continue from 7:30 p.m. until 10 p.m., ending promptly at 10 p.m.

Frontline Response International is contracted by DeKalb County to serve individuals in need during extreme weather conditions. Individuals may arrive directly at Frontline HQ beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Friday for assistance with warming center placement and additional services.
