Attention Stakeholders:

DWM has focused on the County’s compliance with the Federal Clean Water Act and the Georgia Water Quality Control Act as well as county rules and ordinances.  As a result, DWM has increased enforcement requirements for industries within the county already enrolled in the IPP and is actively identifying industries in the County that are required by these laws to be included in the program.
