Alexis Kimball

Alexis Kimball is a Senior Legal Secretary providing administrative support to our staff of attorneys who represent and provide legal advice in civil litigation matters for DeKalb County’s Chief Executive Office, the Board of Commissioners, elected officials and department heads and employees.  She joined the DeKalb County Law Department after completing 23 years of service with Delta Air Lines.  There, she provided administrative support to Delta’s senior vice president, secretary and general counsel in Delta’s executive and corporate offices, headquartered in Atlanta, GA.

Ms. Kimball's community service work involves serving as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) with DeKalb County’s Juvenile Court.  As a trained court-appointed volunteer, she advocates in the best interests of an abused, neglected or abandoned child in a juvenile court deprivation proceeding.  In addition, she does volunteer work with The Atlanta Union Mission – My Sister’s House, a non-profit shelter for women and children.  Both are very passionate and favorite activities that she enjoys doing in her spare time.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, and has received an Honorable Discharge from the United States Air Force.
