Nicole W. Aigner

Nicole W. Aigner (she/her) is the Complex Transaction Division Chief with the DeKalb County Law Department, where she represents clients including the Purchasing and Contracting Department and the DeKalb Peachtree Airport.  Ms. Aigner oversees the County’s most complex transactional matters including negotiation and drafting of intergovernmental agreements and contracts.  Additionally, Ms. Aigner drafts a variety of legal documents including legal opinions, ordinances, and resolutions and represents the County in federal and state court proceedings.

Prior to joining the DeKalb County Law Department, Ms. Aigner served as a Staff Attorney at the Office of the Fulton County Attorney.  She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia, where she graduated magna cum laude, and earned her Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law, where she graduated cum laude.  She is an active member of the Georgia Bar and is admitted to practice law in the federal, state and appellate courts of Georgia.
