DeKalb Animal Shelter Participating in Nationwide “Clear the Shelter” Event

DECATUR, Ga. – On Saturday, Aug. 19, DeKalb County Animal Services will join more than 700 shelters across the country for the national “Clear the Shelters” fee-waived adoption event.

In addition to the fee-waived adoptions, all animals adopted from the shelter will be spayed or neutered, microchipped and vaccinated at no charge. Additionally, all adopters will receive coupons for an additional $200 worth of free veterinary services from VIP Petcare.
