DeKalb Announces Initial Sites to Participate in the 2017 Summer Food Service Program

DECATUR, Ga. – DeKalb County Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs will host the Summer Food Service Program from June 5 – July 28. This ongoing effort ensures that students have nutritious meals during the summer.

Applications and full program site participation requirements can be found at www.dekalbcountyga.gov/parks under Park News or picked up Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Tucker Recreation Center at 4898 LaVista Road in Tucker, or Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs Department at 1950 West Exchange Place, Suite 400, in Tucker.

Agencies interested in becoming a program site have until May 12 to apply and should call Rose Myrick at 678-698-1114 with questions.
