DECATUR, Ga. — The DeKalb County Fire Rescue and Police Departments will honor the 9/11 anniversary on Monday, Sept. 11, at 8:46 a.m. in the courtyard at 1950 West Exchange Place, Tucker. In case of inclement weather, the event will be held inside of the Fire Rescue Building on the fifth floor.
