DECATUR, Ga. – DeKalb County Board of Commissioners will host an informational Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST) meeting on Thursday, Aug. 31, from 10 to 11:30 a.m., at Maloof Auditorium, 1300 Commerce Drive, Decatur.
Attendees will include state and county officials, city mayors and city managers who will discuss the next steps to introduce the SPLOST referendum before DeKalb County voters on Nov. 7.

The DeKalb County Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs will host public meetings to discuss the DeKalb Trails and Greenway Master plan.
