DeKalb Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs to Hold Ribbon Cutting for Brookside Park Off-leash Dog Area

DECATUR, Ga. – The DeKalb County Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony Friday, Jan. 27, at 10 a.m. at Brookside Park, located at 3661 North Decatur Road in Decatur. 

The seven-acre park features a playground, pavilion, walking trails, community garden and now an off-leash area for dogs.  The public is invited to join county officials and parks staff at the ribbon cutting ceremony to learn more about the project.
