Elam Road Closed Oct. 12-19

DECATUR, Ga.–Elam Road, between Rowland Road and South Hairston Road, will be closed to through-traffic beginning today, Oct. 12, through 9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 19, to replace storm drain pipe.

Road closure signs will be posted advising motorists of construction work in the area and of local traffic restrictions.
