DECATUR, Ga. – DeKalb County Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs and District 3 Commissioner Larry Johnson will hold an official ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new trail and renovations of the football field at Exchange Park on Friday, July 28, at 10 a.m. The ceremony will be held at the trail site located at 2771 Columbia Drive, Decatur, GA 30034.
A total of $600,000 was allocated from the DeKalb County 2006 Park Bond funds to complete these projects. The public is invited to join park staff and county officials at the ceremony. Attendees will also learn more about the upcoming events and volunteer opportunities.
