Flat Shoals Road Lane Closures Begin Aug. 5

DECATUR, Ga. – On Monday, Aug. 5, a portion of Flat Shoals Road will be closed to complete sewer inspection. The single-lane, southbound lane closures between Warren and Panthersville Roads will reopen on Thursday, Aug. 8.

Roadway safety signs will be posted advising motorists about construction work and local traffic restrictions. Flaggers will also be present to direct motorists safely through the construction work zone.

Motorists are encouraged to plan for possible congestion and traffic delays.
