Lavista Road Reopened After Water Main Repairs

DECATUR, Ga. – All travel lanes on Lavista Road near Henderson Road in Tucker have been reopened. This week, DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management located and repaired a broken 16-inch main and repaved the damaged streets.

DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management will continue restoration efforts with sidewalks and curbing repairs scheduled to be completed next week.

Customers may notice slightly discolored water due to current work being completed. Residents are encouraged to allow the faucet to run until the water runs clear.
