DECATUR, Ga.—DeKalb County CEO Michael Thurmond will present a plan to end deficit spending and build the county’s fund balance.

The plan will be presented in CEO Thurmond’s overview of the proposed 2017 mid-year budget adjustment to the Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, June 6, at 9 a.m.
