DECATUR, Ga. – DeKalb County Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs will hold an official ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new playground at Gresham Park on Friday, July 14, at 10 a.m. The ceremony will be held at 3113 Gresham Road, Atlanta, GA 30316.
District 3 Commissioner Larry Johnson contributed more than $235,000 in Park Bond funds towards the construction of the new outdoor playground at the park. The public is invited to join park staff and county officials at the ceremony. Attendees will also learn more about the upcoming events and volunteer opportunities.
