Blackmon Drive Road Closure Aug. 22

DECATUR, Ga. – Blackmon Drive, between North Decatur Road and Scott Boulevard, will be closed to through-traffic on Thursday, Aug. 22, from midnight to 7 a.m., to facilitate a concrete pour.
