Suzanne Success Osborne (she/her) is a Senior Assistant County Attorney in the Law Department’s Administrative Group, where she provides legal counsel to several county agencies and officials, including the Finance Department, Tax Commissioner, Water Billing and SPLOST/EHOST. Her practice includes reviewing contracts, drafting advisory opinions, and representing county agencies and officials in federal and state court proceedings. Prior to joining the Law Department, Ms. Osborne practiced tort law as an Assistant Corporation Counsel at the City of New York Law Department, and environmental law as a Senior Assistant Attorney General in the Regulated Industries and Professions division at the State of Georgia Office of the Attorney General.
Ms. Osborne earned her J.D. from the Syracuse University School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia State University. She is admitted to practice law in the state of New York and in Georgia state, federal and appellate courts. As an avid community volunteer Ms. Osborne has extensive nonprofit board training and has served as President of the Junior League of DeKalb County as well as Board Chair of Project Transformation of North Georgia. She enjoys reading and cooking and is an active member of St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church in Stone Mountain.
