2nd and 3rd Avenue Sewer Improvement Project Road Closure Through Oct. 30

Construction to replace sewer lines and manhole structures

As the result of the infrastructure upgrades being completed on 2nd and 3rd Avenues, please be advised of the following road closures:

• 2^nd Avenue: Ongoing – September 19, 2025
• 3^rd Avenue: September 29 – October 17, 2025

Road closure and detour signs will be placed during the road closure to advise motorists of construction work in the area and of local traffic restrictions. These dates are subject to change based on weather conditions.

Normal construction hours will be from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. An increase in construction-related noise and traffic during work hours should be expected.
