BABY BOX

Services:

  • Baby Box is designed to address infant sleep and crib safety targeting expecting or newborn mothers who are residing in domestic violence (DV) shelters, however classes are open to all DeKalb County Residents.

  • Improved Parent/Caregiver Sleep Education and Safety
  • Access to temporary infant bedding
  • Reduction in Infant Mortality
 

CLARKSTON COMMUNITY CENTER 

All youth and parents ages 6-12

Services:

  • Clarkston Community Center (After School Programming) uses the Positive Action Curriculum – an evidenced based educational program that utilizes opportunities though after school and summer camp to provide enrichment services

YOUTH DECODED

All youth and parents ages 6-12

  • Youth DeCoded is designed to promote computer science education to youth that under normal circumstances would not be afforded the opportunity.

CHRIS 180

Partnerships:

  • CHRIS 180 (CHRIS Kids, Inc.)

Services:

  • The Spot will serve as the state of Georgia’s first single point of Coordinated Entry that will address critical needs.
  • Needs Assessment
  • Action Plan (Treatment Plan)
  • Provide Emergency/Permanent Housing
  • Mental Health Counseling, Care Coordination, Case Management, Education Support and Employment Assistance
