DECATUR, Ga.—The DeKalb County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the two victims of the plane crash that occurred Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2019.
The victims were identified as Leslie Csanyi Jr., a 59-year-old male, and Scott Robert Lowrie, a 60-year-old male, both of North Carolina.
