The DeKalb Parks and Recreation Comprehensive Strategic Plan (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader - free at Adobe Reader) is the foundation document for the Parks Bond Program and a guiding document for DeKalb's Joint DeKalb County/Municipal Greenspace Program. This plan, approved by the DeKalb County Board of Commissioners in the fall of 2001, provides a 10-year vision for DeKalb's parks system.
