Gabriel Daniel

Gabriel L. Daniel (he/him) is an Assistant County Attorney in the Law Department’s Infrastructure & Development group, where he works primarily with the Public Works and Planning & Sustainability Departments. His practice includes drafting advisory opinions and ordinances, reviewing contracts, nuisance abatement litigation, and defending the County in state court litigation.

Mr. Daniel earned his J.D. from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where he graduated cum laude and served as Staff Editor for the John Marshall Law Journal. Prior to law school, he earned his B.A. in Political Science from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, Georgia and later worked in the Office of the Chief Executive for DeKalb County as a Legislative Aide.  He is admitted to practice law in all state courts of Georgia.
