DECATUR, Ga. – Harrington Drive, between Fox Hills Drive and Fox Hills Drive, will be closed to through-traffic on Thursday, Aug. 16, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., to remove large trees. Residents living in the neighborhood will have access during the closure.
