Sanitation - Tracy Hutchinson
An experienced solid waste management professional with expertise in the areas of environmental assessment, enhancement and compliance, and all aspects of solid waste processing, disposal and landfill operations, Ms. Hutchinson has successfully championed and co-facilitated solid waste management initiatives throughout her tenure within the industry. With a career spanning over 20 years, Ms.
Clyde Stovall, Interim Director of facilities management for DeKalb County. As the Interim Director of facilities management, Stovall oversees county capital construction and maintenance of county’s 274 buildings. In addition he oversees county real estate transactions, central mailroom operation and all county parking facilities.

Allen Mitchell, has served as the Director of Community Development Department for DeKalb County since January 2016 and the Interim Director for the Human Services up until October 2017. Prior to his promotion to this position, he served as the Assistant Director for DeKalb’s Human and Community Development for over ten years. He joined DeKalb County in 2005.

Rick Lemke is the public works director for DeKalb County, where he oversees and directs the Fleet Maintenance, Roads and Drainage, Sanitation and Transportation departments.
