Law Department

Noah Priest-Goodsett

Noah W. Priest-Goodsett (he/him) is a Senior Assistant County Attorney in the Law Department’s Infrastructure Group, representing clients including the Department of Watershed Management, Transportation, Roads and Drainage and Sanitation. Mr. Priest-Goodsett’s practice includes drafting contracts, providing advisory opinions and representing county agencies in federal and state court proceedings.

Gabriel Daniel

Gabriel L. Daniel (he/him) is an Assistant County Attorney in the Law Department’s Infrastructure & Development group, where he works primarily with the Public Works and Planning & Sustainability Departments. His practice includes drafting advisory opinions and ordinances, reviewing contracts, nuisance abatement litigation, and defending the County in state court litigation.

Charlotte P. Myers

Charlotte P. Myers (she/her) is a Senior Office Assistant in the DeKalb County Law Department, where she has provided excellent support services to the entire staff since 2008.  She has extensive experience in document preparation, written and oral communication, and various clerical duties that support the day-to-day operation of the office. 

Amanda Minton

Amanda Minton (she/her) is an Executive Assistant and has been with the DeKalb County Law Department since 2015. In addition to handing the administrative needs of our attorneys, Amanda co-chairs the Law Department’s annual fundraising efforts for the Atlanta Community Food Bank. 

Nicole W. Aigner

Nicole W. Aigner (she/her) is the Complex Transaction Division Chief with the DeKalb County Law Department, where she represents clients including the Purchasing and Contracting Department and the DeKalb Peachtree Airport.  Ms. Aigner oversees the County’s most complex transactional matters including negotiation and drafting of intergovernmental agreements and contracts.  Additionally, Ms.

Support Staff (Brenda Epps)

Brenda Epps

Brenda Epps is a Senior Legal Secretary at the DeKalb County Law Department.  She supports four attorneys who primarily handle the County’s litigation practice.  She assists her attorneys by preparing and filing legal pleadings in federal and state courts, drafting responsive discovery materials, maintaining files and other secretarial responsibilities.  She also serves as the backup payroll coordinator for the Department.

Lori Mosley

Lori Mosley (she/her) joined the DeKalb County Law Department in 1998 as a Legal Secretary, but her ability to parlay her experiences across multiple spectrums and multi-tasking skills found their application as she progressively took over general management of the department.  Throughout her legal career, Lori’s ongoing interest in continuing legal and business education has equipped her to oversee the Law Department’s technology, human resources, financial and facilities management as well as directly supervise the support st
