Amanda Minton is a Legal Secretary, handling the administrative needs of the Law Department’s staff attorneys. Prior to joining the DeKalb County Law Department, she gained 15 years of experience in various legal fields including medical malpractice, white-collar criminal defense, and default services for the mortgage industry.
Brenda Epps is a Senior Legal Secretary at the DeKalb County Law Department. She supports four attorneys who primarily handle the County’s litigation practice. She assists her attorneys by preparing and filing legal pleadings in federal and state courts, drafting responsive discovery materials, maintaining files and other secretarial responsibilities. She also serves as the backup payroll coordinator for the Department.
Nicole W. Aigner is a Senior Assistant County Attorney in the Infrastructure Division. She primarily represents the Department of Watershed Management.
Terry Phillips is a Deputy County Attorney in the DeKalb County Law Department, where he provides advice and counsel to County departments and officials, including the Chief Executive’s Office, Board of Commissioners, Public Safety, Human Resources, and Purchasing and Contracting. His practice includes litigation, negotiation, training staff, and drafting a variety of legal documents including pl
