Welcome to the DeKalb County Stormwater Utility Home Page.  The Stormwater Utility Program responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the development and maintenance of the Stormwater Utility database, determination of Stormwater Utility fees and the administration of the Stormwater Utility fee credits.

Production Services
The Production Services section manages the inventory and work-related tasks of all road maintenance, drainage, and infrastructure projects. The following is a list of items which are under the jurisdiction of the Production Service Section.

Pipe Repair: The Drainage department provides pipe repair services to include restoration and rehabilitation of county-maintained structures that’s in need of remediation due to age or damage to the storm drainage system and its components.

The Construction Section is responsible for construction of new sidewalks and road projects; speed hump installation; bridge maintenance and upgrades; and retention pond maintenance.

These projects have significantly improved and enhanced the county's infrastructure by increasing the overall safety of both pedestrians and motorists in DeKalb County.
