2025 CoC Competition


	Local Competition: November 24 – December 9, 2025 Applications Due: December 9, 2025, at 8:00 A.M. DeKalb County announces the opening of the FY 2025 Continuum of Care (CoC) Local Program Competition, consistent with the FY 25 CoC Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) released by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Significant FY 25 NOFO updates—including accepting new transitional housing and supportive services only project applications, a limit on the amount of funding available for permanent housing, a more competitive national process, and requirements for service participation—are incorporated into the local competition process. Applications, scoring tools, and local guidance will be posted beginning November 24, 2025, at: https://www.dekalbcountyga.gov/community-development/public-notices Organizations, individuals, and families experiencing homelessness, including faith-based organizations and providers without prior CoC funding, are encouraged to apply.
