Hired 9/1/05 – 12/31/15

Employees who were hired between September 1, 2005 and December 31, 2015 receive a pension benefit as defined below.

Current employee contribution rate is 8.57%.

Benefits under this plan include:

• 2.25% of FAE * years of service (max of 30 years – 67.5%)
• Retire without penalty with 30 years of service regardless of age or age 55 with 25 years of service
• Early retirement at age 55 with 10 years of service
  • Early retirement reduction 5% per year prior to age 62
• Normal retirement at age 62 with 10 years of service
• Delayed retirement at age 65 with 7 years of service.
