New! Business License In person hours thru December 31st 2025 Effective Monday, November 24, 2025, the hours of operations for in-person business license services at 178 Sams Street will be 8:30am – 2pm, Monday thru Friday. In-person services include: general customer service, payment of business/alcohol license fees, and excise taxes only. For faster service, applications and fee payments may be submitted online. Online services are available 24/7 via our online portal https://epermits.dekalbcountyga.gov/business-license/permits.
