A fee-based solid waste service is provided to residents in unincorporated DeKalb and the cities of Brookhaven, Decatur, Dunwoody, Lithonia, Pine Lake, Stonecrest, Stone Mountain and Tucker. Annual sanitation assessment fees include weekly garbage, recycling, yard trimmings and bulky item collection.

ONLY customers with a Sanitation Commercial Account can utilize the transfer stations. Citizens ARE NOT allowed to use any of the transfer stations.
No construction and demolition waste is accepted at ANY transfer station – residents can transport this material for Seminole Road Landfill for disposal – see Seminole Road Landfill for disposal charge.
