2021 Funding Allocation CDBG & ESG

Due on March 31, 2021

After registering below, in 1 business day, you will receive a LINK to the request form for the DeKalb County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) or Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) application for the 2020 funding allocations. Once we receive your completed request form, your agency will be sent a SharePoint file, where you can submit your completed application and minimum threshold documents. The deadline to submit all documents is March 31, 2021. After March 31st, the portal will close. Please include the email address(es) of the individuals that your agency will provide access to the portal.  These will be the only email addresses that will provide your agency access to the portal.

Below is the information needed in order to register for receipt of the CDBG or ESG application; PLEASE INDICATE WHICH APPLICATION YOU WISH TO BE PROVIDED.
