Purchasing & Contracting is Hosting a Virtual Roadshow

During the CV360 Roadshow, we will share updates on the NEW Procurement and Financial System, CV360, which is slated to go live in Summer 2024.   

What is the Roadshow?  

During the Supplier Roadshow, the CV360 Project Team will present relevant information about DeKalb County’s upcoming Supplier Management portal replacement, CV360, including:  

• New features and enhancements, including how to manage your profile information, submit and track bids, and manage invoices and payments.  
• CV360 system demonstrations 
• Key dates and additional information on what expect for CV360 Training.  

What do I need to do to prepare for the Roadshow?

Who needs to attend?  

Any current DeKalb County Supplier should plan to attend the Roadshow. 

There are three Roadshow sessions. Do I need to attend all of them?  

No. Each session will cover the same information. We are hosting multiple Roadshows to accommodate schedules. Please only attend one.  

What should I do if have a conflict, and I cannot attend the Roadshow?  

Please prioritize this event. If you cannot make it a recorded session will be sent after the Roadshow and posted on our project YouTube Channel
