Case #89-1168

On October 6th, 1989, an unidentified individual was trying to cross the street on Oakview Drive at Second Avenue, when he was run over by an unidentified vehicle. The individual was subsequently transported to Grady Hospital, but unfortunately, he later died of his injuries.

 

Height: Approx. 5 feet 9 inches

Weight: Approx. 128lbs.

Hair: Curly Black hair

Case #90-0325

This rendering represents the individual after being in the hospital for two months. He lost about 50 lbs. 

This rendering represents the individual at the beginning of his two-month hospital stay, before he lost weight. 

On January 13th, 1990, this individual was hit by an unknown vehicle. He was taken to Shallowford Community Hospital where he remained in a coma for two months before passing away on March 11th, 1990.

Despite the hospital receiving multiple tips from the public regarding his identity, all of them were dead ends. The decedent is a black male who appears to be about 30 years of age.

 

Height: 5 feet 10 ½ inches

Weight: 120lbs (170 lbs at time of accident)

Hair: Short, curly black hair with a mustache and beard.

Case #93-1122

On September 17,1993, the remains of a significantly decomposed/partially skeletonized caucasian female were found in a wooded strip off of Northlake Parkway on the West side of Interstate 285.

The remains were found clothed in a black t-shirt with a multi-colored monogram on the front that reads "WAIKOLOA", blue jeans, white leather athletic shoes bearing "Cross Trainer" and "XJ900", size 8 and no undergarments of any kind. No jewelry was found on the body.

The decedent had extensive dental work including a fixed gold bridge, two full gold crowns and both upper front teeth were porcelain fused to metal crowns. The decedent has also undergone a full left hip replacement that repaired an intertrochanteric fracture of the left hip. This is an open homicide and further detailed information will be given to law enforcement only.

Weight: Approximately 120 to 130 pounds

Hair: Long, Curly, Frosted/Light Brown

Case #96-0745

      

On June 22nd, 1996, this unknown individual was shot after entering a residence on Ansley Street in Decatur, GA. This decedent fled the scene but was soon found deceased down the street from the scene.

The decedent was found in a dark colored pullover shirt with the logo “Conversion Experience,” and a pair of dark blue/black sweatpants. He was also wearing a pair of purple, black, and gold colored Nike athletic shoes.

Height: 5 feet 10 inches

Weight: 150 lbs

Approx. Age: 30 to 40 years

Hair: Tight, curly, black hair, with a few gray hairs noted.

Case #04-0468

  

On Wednesday, April 7th, 2004, this unidentified black male was brought to Grady Memorial Hospital after suffering a gunshot wound to the head. This individual had been shot outside the Garden Dunwoody Apartments in Dunwoody, GA.

This individual was wearing blue jeans, a white T-shirt, white sneakers, and a red, white, and blue 76'ers round-style cap. He had one piercing on his right earlobe, and two piercings on his left earlobe. 

Height: 6 feet 0 inches

Weight: 127 lbs.

Approx. Age: Mid-20's

Hair: Short, black, curly

Case #06-0052

On Tuesday, January 10th, 2006, this unidentified Hispanic male was attempting to cross I-85 when he was struck by multiple vehicles. He was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced deceased soon after. 

The individual was wearing a blue knit cap bearing the "Thrashers" logo on the front. He was also wearing a pair of "Starter," white athletic shoes that are trimmed in black.

Height: 5 feet 6 inches

Weight: 174 lbs. 

Approx. Age: 20 to 35 years 

Hair: Short black hair on the sides, with longer black hair on the top

Case #17-1022

On July 24, 2017, an unidentified black individual was shot after entering a residence on Beachwood Forest Drive in Lithonia. They were transported to Grady Memorial Hospital, where they were ultimately pronounced deceased.

The unidentified decedent is described as biologically male, Black, 20 to 30 years of age, with no tattoos or scars. They were reported to be wearing a wig and some female clothing, leading us to suspect that the individual may have identified as a different gender than their biological sex. At the hospital, staff reported that the individual said their name was either “Justin” or “Justine.”

 

Height: Approximately 5 feet 8 inches

Weight: Approximately 215 to 235 pounds

Hair: Dark brown/black hair wig
