GS Construction will manage Area 1: Briarcliff and North Decatur Roads. Work will include the installation of a 12" ductile iron pipe on Briarcliff Road from the intersection of Clifton Road to Virginia Avenue and North Decatur Road from Briarcliff Road to Dowman Drive. All pipe replacement will be performed in the road.
