Additional roll carts
Additional roll cart requests require the payment of a one-time $25 prepaid fee per roll cart AND the prorated residential annual assessment fee. Prorated sanitation residential annual assessment fees are based on the number of garbage and recycling roll carts per household. All fees must be paid prior to roll cart delivery.
 

Prorated Fees for Existing Customers

Upgrade roll carts
95-gallon garbage roll cart or 65-gallon recycling roll cart upgrades require a one-time $25 prepaid roll cart fee.

A damaged roll cart is repaired, OR a refurbished roll cart is provided. A stolen roll cart is replaced with a refurbished roll cart, OR residents can request a new roll cart based on the fees below. Only one complimentary refurbished cart is approved per customer. Households must purchase a new roll cart if their current one is damaged beyond repair due to the owner's fault or negligence. 

95-gallon garbage roll cart - $60.55 prepaid fee.
45-gallon recycling roll cart - $43.75 prepaid fee.
65-gallon recycling roll cart - $52.30 prepaid fee.
