All suppliers are required to complete their registration with the County in iSupplier; a completed W-9 (foreign entities require W-8) and "Conflict of Interest" form is required (available below) along with a copy of the company's business license. ACH (Automated Clearing House) is established for all registered vendors and require a voided copy of your organization's check when completing the iSupplier Registration (authorized bank letters accepted if printed checks not utilized). Suppliers interested in certification as a Local Small Business Enterprise (LSBE) should complete the appropriate application as well.
What is ISupplier?
iSuppler is a component of Oracle Internet Procurement Solution that enables, secure, self-service business transactions. Through the use of a standard web browser suppliers can directly access information and enter business transactions. The utilization of ISupplier will allow our suppliers to obtain information about purchase orders (POs), invoices and payment information.
Any supplier (vendor, contractor, sub-contractor, prime or LSBE) that is currently doing business with the County and/or intending to in the future must complete their company's iSupplier registration. We will be more than happy to forward you your username and password with the submission of your organization's business license and a completed W-9 to iSupplier_support@dekalbcountyga.gov.
