Prepaid and Prorated Fees – Existing Customers

Prepaid roll cart fee payment options
This information applies to existing customers requesting an upgrade to a 95-gallon garbage roll cart or a 65-gallon recycling roll cart (including existing homes with new ownership).

Requests submitted online will receive online payment instructions via email.

Prorated annual sanitation service fees
Existing property owners requesting additional garbage or recycling roll carts are required to prepay the appropriate prorated annual sanitation service fee prior to roll cart delivery.
