The Data Center Moratorium has been extended through June 23, 2026.

A moratorium on the sale/expansion of "adult devices" is in effect until February 5, 2026.

The Short-Term Rental Ordinance was approved by the BOC on July 24, 2025. However, there is a moratorium on STR through May 20, 2026.
